  • ASE TeachMeets

What Are TeachMeets? They are informal events for local teachers to share their innovative teaching ideas. They usually take place on a weekday afternoon at a local school and tend to attract sparky, innovative teachers. There is a wiki www.teachmeet.org.uk where you can find a TeachMeet near you. You can sign up by logging in and editing the wiki. You are invited to put your name down for a 7-minute ‘micro’ presentation or a 2-minute ‘nano’ presentation. Of course, you are always welcome to come along and ‘lurk’ without doing a presentation.
